Florida

Florida is a melting pot. You get a bit of America but with Caribbean influences and alligators with a weather to die for. You can travel from the buzz of Little Havana to the gators resting by the side of the road in Everglades in less than an hour. Nature is well kept and cities seem to have grown around it, protecting it. If you want to see the sunrise, you have a really tough choice because of the multitude of perfect places to choose from. If you are more of a sundowner, just head towards Naples on the west coast of Florida and admire the perfect neighborhoods that seem to be taken out of a brochure.

A must see is the road towards Key West, continental USA's southernmost point. 44 bridges connect artificial islands towards what is definitely one of the most relaxed beach villages in the country, and one of our personal favourites. It's conch-style houses ad white picket fences make you understand why Ernest Hemingway lived here.

Head back north to Miami and steer away from the beach to Espanola Way, the most European street in the city. Packed with restaurants that appear from behind big trees, you cannot miss the unique fresh air of this beautiful city.
